These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the use of the website www.brandmasters.studio (hereinafter the “Website”), operated by Margarita Zhelinskaya, registered in the Czech Republic under Company ID No. 09430466 (hereinafter the “Administrator”).
2. Services Provided
The Administrator of the Website provides services in the field of branding and design. In some cases, the Administrator cooperates with external specialists who are self-employed with their own company ID, but are not part of the core team. The Administrator also conducts interviews and creates video content.
3. Personal Data
Users may contact the Administrator via email. In such cases, the following personal data may be collected: name, surname, phone number, and email address. This data is used solely for communication purposes and is not shared with third parties without the user’s consent.
4. Copyright
All materials published on the Website, including but not limited to texts, photographs, videos, and media files, are protected by the Administrator’s copyright. Use of these materials without proper attribution is prohibited.

We like to show the work we’re proud of. Unless we’ve agreed otherwise, we may display the final product in our portfolio, blog, case studies, or social channels.
If the work involves sensitive material (e.g. pre-launch products, stealth brands), just let us know upfront and we’ll keep it private.
