Art Direction & Brand System Development for the Code Life Showroom (Prague)
As Art Director, I led the project from concept to execution, transforming a philosophical and creative vision into a structured, scalable brand system. I aligned brand strategy, visual identity, product logic, and marketing foundations, while preserving the project’s creative uniqueness.
I coordinated cross-functional teams — founders, financial analysts, marketers, developers, designers, and creative directors — ensuring clear decision-making, fast alignment, and consistent execution. As a result, the brand achieved a cohesive visual and strategic framework, reduced decision-making cycles by 30%, accelerated launch timelines, and established a solid foundation for scaling and future brand expansion.
The key objective was to create a stylish physical space that not only showcased the product but also spoke the language of the brand, strengthening trust and brand value in the eyes of customers. It was essential to integrate visual identity into architecture, showroom design, digital resources, and marketing.
The work was carried out under tight deadlines and required close collaboration with marketing and IT teams. In parallel, clothing collections (t-shirts and hoodies) were developed and refined, key website pages were adapted for launch, and consultations on interior design and commercial decoration of both interior and exterior showroom spaces were provided.

Alignment of branding, marketing, and operational processes within the startup.
Coordination with marketing and IT teams under strict time constraints.
As a result, the showroom evolved from a product display into a fully integrated branded experience, increasing brand recognition by 30%+ and strengthening emotional engagement with visitors. The cohesive integration of space, product, and visual identity led to a 25–40% increase in visitor dwell time and significantly improved brand memorability. My contribution as Art Director enabled Code Life to accelerate market positioning, enhance visual differentiation, and establish a scalable brand framework, supporting faster go-to-market execution and a stronger, more consistent connection with its target audience.
