ABOUT THE PROJECT
We built Brit Photo Art as a fine-art photography label focused on Central Europe.
The scope: brand positioning, collection architecture, e-commerce UX, and conversion strategy. The catalog structures city-based series (Prague, Carlsbad, City Views, Landscapes, Ukraine) with framed/unframed options and standardized sizes

CHALLENGES
Throughout the project, it was essential to clearly define the positioning and create a consistent visual code across all channels. The product line was developed gradually and kept evolving, which required a flexible and scalable website solution.
Given the high competition in the Czech souvenir market, it was necessary not only to move into the premium segment but also to build on the client’s personal brand as a unique anchor for differentiation and emotional connection with the audience.

SUMMARY
Within this project, we built the brand from the ground up: from the visual identity and website to the packaging system for postcards and printed products. Since the product line was evolving gradually, it was essential to create a flexible solution for both the website and the brand as a whole.
Our approach delivered:
+35% increase in conversions and inquiries,
+20% growth in average order value,
–30% lower bounce rate and +45% higher page depth,
strengthened premium positioning and clear differentiation in the highly competitive Czech souvenir market by leveraging the client’s personal brand.
