ABOUT THE PROJECT
For Rendl Light Studio, the project included a redesign of the website’s main page, development of print materials, and online graphics. In addition, the CRM system was upgraded to a new platform, improving process management and efficiency. Together with the IT department and the company’s founder, new web applications were developed to optimize supply chains and internal workflows. Employee surveys were conducted to identify bottlenecks and propose effective solutions. This work resulted in a unified visual language, stronger communication efficiency, and adaptation of the business to international standards and expectations.
