ABOUT THE PROJECT

For Rendl Light Studio, the project included a modernization and redesign of a legacy CRM system and redesign of the website’s main page, development of print materials, and online graphics. In addition, the CRM system was upgraded to a new platform, improving process management and efficiency. Together with the IT department and the company’s founder, new web applications were developed to optimize supply chains and internal workflows. Employee surveys were conducted to identify bottlenecks and propose effective solutions. This work resulted in a unified visual language, stronger communication efficiency, and adaptation of the business to international standards and expectations.

The project required combining high quality standards with creativity and modern trends, while adapting to the company’s existing tools.

Integration of online and offline materials

  • Maintaining visual consistency across different channels

  • Working with a CRM system that had been in use for several years: its technical limitations did not allow for certain improvements, even though they could have increased efficiency

  • A complex CRM structure consisting of about 15 sections (sales, warehouse, customer service, and certain processes under the direct control of the founder), which required alignment and process optimization

  • Finding solutions that respected employee habits and minimized resistance to change
